Our Pastry Chef & Cake Decorator...
When you visit the Sugarplums and Teas, you'll likely notice the pastry case filled with delicious desserts and baked goods as you are greeted inside. These are all made in-house by Andrea Wheeler, the pastry chef and cake decorator for Sugarplums and Teas.
Andrea has been baking since she was 13, and later on graduated from YTI Career Institutes Pastry Arts program in 2018. Her specialty is in the cake decorating and making personalized cakes for birthdays, weddings, and all kinds of events. Andrea is dedicated to creating delectable, elaborate and uniquely flavored pastries that taste just as good as they look.
For this project, the challenge was in rebranding an established product to attract new audiences, while ensuring that current users feel connected. The results were outstanding.
