  • Sausage and Peppers

    Hot and/or mild Italian sausage mixed with green peppers and onions roasted with Italian spices, garlic and olive oil.

  • Eggplant Rollitini

    Thinly sliced eggplant breaded and flash fried then rolled with with ham and a blend of Italian cheeses, topped with marinara and mozzarella and baked.

  • Meatballs and pasta

    Homemade meatballs slow cooked in marinara served with the pasta of choice.

  • Stuffed Pepper Casserole

    Green peppers layered with seasoned meat, rice and tomato sauce topped with cheese and baked.

  • Chicken Marsala

    Thinly sliced chicken sauteed with capers, mushrooms in a light brown marsala gravy.

  • Lemon Chicken

    Thinly sliced chicken flash fried and covered in a tart lemon and caper sauce.

  • Chicken Parmesan

    Fried Italian chicken cutlet layerd with marinara and a blend of cheeses.

  • Swedish Meatballs

    Small bite size meatballs slow cooked in a thick brown gravy served over buttery egg noodles.

  • Braciole

    Thinly sliced beef wrapped with ham and cheeses and baked in homemade marinara sauce.

  • Vegetable Penne

    Penne pasta tossed with seasonal veggies, garlic, white wine and parmesan.
